HR Manage Release - Version 4.0.0.7

This minor update that adds a couple of new functions on top of version 4.0.0.6 as well as upgrades on 3rd party controls used.

Performance Management Module

A new review generator style has been created that will display reviews horizontally instead of the normal vertical layout.

Job Profiling

Weights can now be updated for multiple job titles / profile components in a batch by selecting multiple cells on the matrix and simply changing the weight for one of them.

Forms & Workflow Module

The Attachment Question Type has been implemented that allows the user to create questions for a form which must be "answered" by providing an attachment of a specified file type.  This is useful for providing pictures when reporting a new incident for example.
