HR Manage Release - Version 4.0.0.6

Released on 12 August 2011

This minor update contains a couple of fixes and additions to the version 4.0.0.4 release as well as upgrades on all 3rd party controls used.

 

 

HR Manage Importer

Training Importer, used for once-off importing of legacy training data, that was removed during the upgrade to version 4 has been made available again.

Job Profiling Module

Importing from another job profile will now import the weightings from that profile as well.

Forms Module

Custom Forms (like used in the Incident Reporting Module), now enforces the "Required" rule and the "Select At Least / At Most" rule for multiple selection questions.

Performance Management System

Bug Fixes

  • Uploading attachments to performance reviews via Internet Explorer didn't work.  Fix from 3rd party component provider resolves this issue.
  • Fixed error when trying to make changes to a Rating Set

Leave Administration

  • A tracking entry will be created and email notification sent when an employee cancels a leave record
  • Fixed issue where leave application is automatically approved when applied for on behalf of another employee
  • If enabled, an employee's nominated leave applier, will be able to see the employee's leave history
  • Option created to allow public holidays to be excluded from calculations for certain leave types
