This version extends some features on the Leave Administration module, fixes a couple of bugs and contains some updated EE and Seta reports. This is the final version to be released before the major upgrade on the performance management module and no more releases will be done until after June 2011.
Employees can now be linked to a "Nominated Leave Applier". This person (e.g. a Personal Assistance) can apply for leave on behalf of another person (e.g. Manager) not currently in his/her org structure.
In the report designer, the employee's training can now also be included in the report. The Report Wizard that can export employee details to a Word document can now also include the training.
The public holidays can now be updated in a simpler, more efficient manner. Simply edit the grid directly or update the years in a batch.
The Leave Type editor has been upgraded to allow further customisation of program behaviour. This include additional Interval options (e.g. Add leave every 2nd / 3rd year, instead of only monthly or annually), a date to add leave on (either specific or date engaged), specific day exclusions from calculations (e.g. never count Saturdays and Sundays for sick leave regardless of the employee's work days) and finally a new field called "Add Style" which determines how leave will be added.

The Leave Planner has been upgraded to the Leave Reporting & Planning page which now includes two additional employee filters (per Primary & Secondary Leave Approver) as well as two additional reports in tabular format namely Leave History for sub-ordinates and Leave Balances for sub-ordinates.
The Monthly Leave Run has been upgraded to support leave like Sick Leave that should not simply just add days to the balance, but rather reset the balance after a 3 year period. After communication with the W&R Seta, we've received specifications for a new report format that can be submitted to them directly without needing to capture contents from the report on their site. HR Manage can now export both the original / full W&R Seta WSP as well as the new uploadable format.
We've also added a new checkbox on the Job Title Editor called "Scarce Skill" which will be used to identify scarce skills for the reports in future.
The Responsible Group can now be specified in the Incident Location Editor for each Incident Type per Incident Location. If not specified, the system will use the default Responsible Group specified directly for the Incident Type.
A new Review Total Display Style has been added. This style will display the review total as a value from the rating set only. No actual score will be displayed in brackets.
