This version includes some minor fixes and upgrades on the Performance Management System.
Performance Management System
- The process is now more flexible with the ability to specify Sub-ordinates, Managers and Peers as reviewers, all in one activity.
- The option to hide the dashboard for the old Performance Management module (version 3.6) is now available
Bug Fixes
- When creating new review processes on the web, the "Success page" that was supposed to confirm which review processes were created, was empty.
- Issue fixed for creating reviews from the Windows Application
- Forms / mini-surveys were read-only for the person who was suppose to fill out the form as part of the review process
Employee Management
- New fixed Employee Type called "Test Data" has been added for keeping testing / demonstration data separate from live data
Incident Reporting Module
Bug Fixes
- Incidents can now be deleted from the HR Manage Windows application
