Version 3.6.1 Released

The latest version of HR Manage (3.6.1.0) was released on 14 June 2010 and is now available to maintenance clients.  The new version boasts numerous performance improvements as well as a platform for software developers to develop external plug-ins that are fully integrated with HR Manage.

As part of our policy to stay up to date with the latest technology, in this release, we've also moved HR Manage over to the latest Microsoft .NET Framework v4 that was released by Microsoft last month.

The .NET framework redistributable is now available under our Downloads page and must be installed on all servers and client computers that will run any part of the HR Manage application.  This excludes computers of employees only using the web portion of HR Manage.

The new-look web interface has also been completed giving the user easy access to performance reviews, current training, job profiles and leave applications.

HR Manage now also supports deep integration.  All the editors and manager forms have been upgraded to make way for external plug-ins that can be developed by us or by your own company's internal software developers.  The only requirement is that the external plug-ins be developed in a .NET Framework 4 based language and that our security protocols are followed  (no direct access to the database from the client computers).
