Web Server Upgrade / Move
As part of our planning, we've installed a new web server with 3 times the capacity as the previous one. We are in the process of moving all our clients' databases and applications to the new server. We will contact everyone soon with a new configuration file for HR Manage to point to the new server.
If anyone is having problems accessing HR Manage with an error message "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 196.220.37.166:????", it means you are still trying to connect to the old server. If you haven't received an email from us or your IT administrator with the new configuration file, please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . We are still moving the www.hrmanage.co.za domain to the new server. Customers using the web application that used to be at www.hrmanage.co.za/?????, can use http://41.72.129.5/????? in the meantime. As of 25 January, the normal address for HR Manage Online will be restored. This whole moving process will be completed before the end of January. |
Newsflash
We've had an exciting year in 2008 where we've completely upgraded our HR Manage system to version 3.5 based on the latest software technologies available. We've introduced a lot of new features with this upgrade and some new modules. We've expanded our capacity to provide first-class support to existing clients as well as better implement turn-key projects. Moving forward, we'll continue to develop new modules and features for HR Manage based on best practices and requests from our client base. We'll also further expand our capacity and provide better communication / support platforms for logging faults and development requests. |
