When buying the software, we have the option to host the database and web-based modules on one of our very fast web servers. The servers are hosted in a secure environment in Cape Town and they are connected to the internet via a 100Mb connection.

Using HR Manage, we will capture and maintain all the training data on a monthly basis and provide reports as needed. We prefer that this service is coupled with the HR Database Hosting service or that we are provided with a VPN connection to your network in order to access the system. The HR Manage system will still be loaded on your computers so that any report is just a key press away.

Job Profiling
We will provide this Job Profiling service in combination with our Job Profiling software. We will conduct interviews and set up the job profiles for companies and capture the information on our Job Profiling software. The profiles will be ready to use for performance reviews and training needs analysis. We are also in a position to offer skills audits which will be done with some of our associate consultants.

When implementing a HR system, there is a lot of work that needs to be done from the client's side to complete the implementation. For instance, before being able to generate SETA & EE reports, the training must be captured on the system. Before training can be captured, the intervention and service provider libraries need to be populated. On the performance management side, before an online performance appraisal can be done, the job profiles need to be captured on the system and access must be set up (who can review who).
A standard quotation usually includes that we install the HR software system and configure it according to the client's needs and spesifications. We then train the end-users how to use the system, set up a project plan and assist the users during this implementation phase.
With this new service, we will populate the database with all the library contents, job profiles, historic training records and whatever else is required. This means that from day 1 when the HR system goes live at the client, the system will be ready for starting with Online Performance Reviews, generating SETA and EE reports, etc.
