Other companies that offer complete HR software solutions, usually focus on either the payroll or HR functions.  The other part of the solution is usually just a "light" extension of the other.

In our offering, we integrate our HR Manage software with a track record of 9 years, with a South African payroll solution.  Since the payroll software is also developed on the Microsoft .NET Framework, we can offer a fully integrated solution.  Normally we would integrate with other payrolls by means of automatic overnight imports.  With this fully integrated solution, any changes made on HR Manage / Payroll, are live.
