The upgrade on our very popular Training Administration & Certification module has been released.  The older version being replaced has been tried and tested and used by many companies and training colleges throughout South Africa over the past 7 years.  The new version has been rewritten using the latest technology available from Microsoft and includes all the previous functionality and much more.

We've used the same business rules based on best practices from leading South African companies as used in HR Manage 3.0 and added new fields and features as requested by our clients and website visitors.  The new module has fewer screens and is much easier to use with lots of new shortcuts.  Security has been upgraded and is better defined to allow administrators more control over access to features in the program.

Performance has been greatly improved with the use of special technologies and advanced optimizations.  Over long distance networks (E.g. Internet), the system can sometimes perform up to 10 times faster than the previous version.

• Proper Assessment and Moderation tracking

• Faster generation and printing of certificates
• Management of external certificates

• Email & SMS notifications to learners
• Training requests via web
• Generate and Export Sustainability Report to Excel
