We've had an exciting year in 2008 where we've completely upgraded our HR Manage system to version 3.5 based on the latest software technologies available. We've introduced a lot of new features with this upgrade and some new modules. We've expanded our capacity to provide first-class support to existing clients as well as better implement turn-key projects. Moving forward, we'll continue to develop new modules and features for HR Manage based on best practices and requests from our client base. We'll also further expand our capacity and provide better communication / support platforms for logging faults and development requests. Looking back at 2008HR Manage version 3.0 used by large corporations throughout South Africa for more than 5 years, has been upgraded to version 3.5. The new version is built on the success of version 3.0 and we extended the functionality to make the software more efficient and easier to use. Developed using the latest technology from Microsoft and other market leading providers, version 3.5 has the ability to manage information for companies with thousands of employees. The new version performs so well over long distance networks, the system can even be hosted on the internet. New and Upgraded Modules include:
Moving forward in 2009We have exciting new developments in store for 2009 which includes new support channels, new modules, features and services. We've decided to remove the associate consultants section from our website. This year, we are investing in expanding our own capacity to provide more services. This is in line with our strategy to become the preferred provider of intelligent human resource software solutions. Some new modules and features that we have planned for 2009 include:
New Support SystemNew channels will be created for supporting our clients in 2009. In March, we'll launch an Online Support Forum on our website where clients can register and submit requests. Our support personnel will attend to every fault / request logged on a daily basis. Everything will be stored to later form an online knowledge base that clients with similar issues can search. An online help system will also be published that will be maintained as new modules and features are released. The online help system will be made available near the end of March. We are also looking at other support channels to implement including an online messenger solution. More will be revealed later on.
