HR Manage Release - Version 4.0.1.2

Released on 13 February 2012

This version includes some minor fixes and upgrades on the Performance Management and Leave Administration System.  We've also updated all of our 3rd party components to the latest versions making sure HR Manage is using the latest features available.

General

  • All 3rd party components have been upgraded to the latest versions
  • Notice board on the web has been updated with a new control

 

Performance Management System

  • Dashboard has been upgraded to include Active Review Processes.
  • The option to hide the dashboard for the old Performance Management module (version 3.6) is now available

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a security issue where employees could access the wrong reviews if accessed via a direct link.

 

Leave Administration

  • The "New Leave Application" page has been redesigned and now incorporates the ability to sell leave, all in one place.
  • All the email notifications related to the leave module has also been upgraded with the same look-and-feel as notifications from the newer modules.
  • Managers can now sell leave on behalf of other employees
  • The HR Manage users (Windows application) now have access to a graphical calendar in their dashboard to see all leave applications for the next 2 months.
New Leave Application Page :: New simplified version of the page where employees can apply for leave  Apply to Sell Leave :: Example of how the New Leave Application page changes when the Selling option is selected  Leave Application Email Notification :: This friendlier version of the Email Notification is included in the upgrade  Leave Administration Dashboard :: Calendar in the Windows application listing leave for the next 2 months

Bug Fixes

  • In certain instances, the system allowed applying for leave that might overlap with an existing existing application.

 

Training Administration

We've included a calendar view on the Training Administration Dashboard in HR Manage to list all upcoming training events that start or end in the next two months.
